ich bin mittlerweile so vorsichtig geworden, dass ich jeweils nur noch eine Spinne bearbeite und damit
eine Verwechslung nicht mehr möglich sein sollte.
In diesem Fall bin ich ganz sicher.

Hello,

Given I'm interested by French spiders, I took a (long) look at this post.
In the region of the capture they are 4 possible Poecilochroa's : P. variana, P. albomaculata, P. tescorum and P. conspicua (changed to Kishidaia conspicua).
We can already exclude the last two species because habitus and epigyne are not ressembling.
Epigyne of P. albomaculata is also different (see last post of Werner).
It thus remains P. variana that I find matching.

To be sure I asked his opinion to Johan Vankeer, a Belgian specialist not only for the Belgian fauna but also for the mediterranean fauna.
And his opinion is "The habitus checks perfectly with this specimen. The epigyne can have some little differences but I'm sure it is P. variana."

These are my two cents ;-)

So we take it as an epigyne variation of P. variana.

I am sure, that this epigyne belongs to different genus and species.

But the spider and epigyne on the first photo are P. variana.

falls Du der Meinung bist, dass die Epigyne * 13-07-08_162401_M=B_R=8_S=4g400.jpg eine andere ist als die in den oberen Bildern, dann täuscht Du Dich.
Es ist genau dieselbe, die ich nochmal im trockenen Zustand fotografiert habe. Irrtum ausgeschlossen.
