Der "Vogel des Jahres" hat keine Spinnenphobie

Servus,

nachdem das Rotkehlchen mit großem Tamtam kürzlich zum "Vogel des Jahres" gekürt wurde, muß man das natürlich auch würdigen ;D. Dieses Exemplar habe ich heute "erwischt", nachdem es gerade eine Spinnenbeute vom Boden aufgesammelt hatte. Tips, um welche Spinne es sich da handeln könnte (ich habe keine Ahnung), werden gerne angenommen 8). Ist immerhin eine Ventralansicht.

Das Reptil des Jahres (sowie des Vorjahres) ist ebenfalls ausgesprochen arachnophil.
Die Zauneidechsenpopulation hier jagt sehr erfolgreich alles, das acht Beine hat. Leider kann ich das mit der Handykamera nicht festhalten.

So, I am also a birdwatcher (and snakesearcher, my first love) and I have seen robins several times catching Lycosidae.
Well, considering that the spider is almost as big as the robin's beak, and also plump, I'd say something like Alopecosa or Trochosa.

Hi Raf & Jonathan,

Alopecosa would be indeed a likely prey, because they are quite abundant here, mostly of the A. pulverulenta-Group. Since the spider was picked from the ground, I believe that is A. accentuata is less likely, since I find these here almost exclusively in the surrounding bushes above the ground (or, occasionally, in the house  ::)). But, of course, an exception is always possible and one cannot really determine the spider from the pic.
