List of species with LSID's

I have a database containing all species occuring in the Netherlands (with some added species I found in other countries). I would like to add LSID's for all species, so I can make links to the WSC and possibly other sites.

If I had a file containing species names, and its LSID, I could write a small script to add the LSID to the species in the database. That would sure be a lot quicker than manually typing or even copying each species' LSID.

Is there a file containing (at least) the scientific species name and the LSID? A plain-text file would be great, but Excel, or CSV would also work fine.
